    This is good news! With all the disasters that San Diego had went through, it all served as lessons for them. I mean, they have to be very careful this time in determining through wind conditions whether something is coming up or what. The firestorm which happened in the past are turning points for the local government of San Diego to be more vigilant of the untoward incidents. I know that the government had provided us the best devices to be used to prevent those accidents. I also hope that we will also be responsible of our own actions.
